Curriculum Development & Multimedia Production

In partnership with Microsoft, I helped bring Ariel Atkins’ vision for accessible financial education to life. Inspired by her conversations with youth in Washington, D.C., Ariel recognized that while hard work is encouraged, the skills to manage and grow money are often overlooked.

This self-paced, online curriculum expands the Ariel Atkins Foundation’s mission by offering free, interactive lessons on budgeting, saving, and making smart financial choices. Designed to empower students of all backgrounds, the program gives learners practical tools to take control of their finances and shape brighter futures. By blending instructional design, multimedia storytelling, and hands-on activities, the project makes financial literacy engaging, approachable, and transformative.

I collaborated with WNBA player Ariel Atkins and her foundation to design and deliver an engaging financial literacy program. I produced, storyboarded, and voiced the centerpiece educational video, while also developing instructional materials and graphics to support the learning experience. To make the content interactive, I integrated AI-powered activities that allowed learners to practice real-world budgeting scenarios. My role combined project management, instructional design, and multimedia production to create a curriculum that was both accessible and impactful.
